The Personal Side

Dr. Rudy Leidl isn’t just a dentist — he’s a devoted family man and longtime member of the Long Valley community. Together with his wife, he raised five children in town, embracing the close-knit feel, strong schools, and vibrant sports programs that make “The Valley” so special. After exploring other opportunities across New Jersey, Dr. Leidl returned home in 2016, reaffirming that there truly is no place like home.

The Professional Side

Dr. Rudolph Leidl’s professional journey began with degrees from Seton Hall University and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers). Dr. Leidl holds life membership in the American Dental Association, is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, and maintains Emeritus status — honors that reflect his commitment to excellence and lifelong learning. Even after officially retiring in 2025 and entrusting the practice to Dr. Zee, Dr. Leidl continues to share his wisdom and occasionally see patients, embodying a true legacy of compassionate care.
